This is an appetizer that seems to always be a conversation starter. How can anything stuffed with cheese and fried not be good?
FIRST Stuff each olive with cheese. Place flour in a shallow bowl and egg in a separate bowl. Spread breadcrumbs onto a plate.
NEXT Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Roll olives lightly in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs until coated.
LAST Fry olives in oil for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Serve immediately.
