CLASSIC BLOODY MARY

Ingredients

Bloody Mary
  • 6 cups organic tomato juice
  • 2 cups vodka
  • ¾ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Pickled Green Beans and Okra
  • Lemon Slices
  • Kosher salt for rim of glass

Bloody Mary’s hardly need a special occasion to be served, but for my family we serve them on game days as well as pre-lunch cocktail after a morning quail hunt.

Instructions

FIRST Combine bloody mary ingredients in a large pitcher and chill.

LAST Served chilled mixture with 8 glasses and accompaniments.
