KALE SALAD WITH BUTTERMILK DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds young, tender kale, stems discarded and leaves sliced crosswise into thin ribbons
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

FIRST Transfer the kale to a large bowl and set aside.

LAST In a small bowl, stir together dressing ingredients. Pour over kale and toss to coat.
