  1. Affordability: If you are financing your home, a good lender can review your financing options and help you obtain a pre-qualification letter.
  2. Initial Meeting: Whether is it on the phone or in person, we will discuss your wants, needs, expectations, and goals to find the perfect home.
  3. Showings: I will schedule showings at properties that meet your criteria until we find the home you love.
  4. Offer: I will work with you to write and submit a strong, competitive offer.
  5. Negotiations: In negotiating with the seller, I do everything I can to make sure to get the deal that is best for you.
  6. Offer is acceptance: Once you are under contract, you will finalize financial forms with your lender, if necessary, and submit earnest money to me.
  7. Due Diligence: Conduct inspections, meet with contractors, if necessary, and additional research during this period.
  8. Repairs: I will work with you to request any needed repairs.
  9. Loan Application: Work with your mortgage lender to complete the loan application and appraisal.
  10. Prepare to Move: Complete any utility transfers, order homeowner’s insurance, and coordinate moving details.
  11. Closing Day: I will work with everyone to ensure the closing day runs smoothly and you are ready to move into your new home.
