Originally from New Jersey, Cheri Cherry made her way south and has called Athens home for over 20 years. It’s where she raised her two children, built lasting community connections, and discovered a career that blends her love of people, homes, and meaningful service.
Before entering real estate, Cheri spent several years as an educator—an experience that continues to shape her approach today. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, or strategic investors, she brings clarity, patience, and a deep commitment to helping clients make informed, confident decisions.

When she's not immersed in real estate, Cheri enjoys life in Five Points with her husband, Pat, and their two dogs, Maggie and Maisie. She loves reading, playing pickleball, and cheering on the Dawgs. She also volunteers at her church, with Wheels of Hope, and donates a portion of every closing to local nonprofits—because giving back to her community is central to everything she does.
